Job Description
Mobile Productivity is currently seeking full time Declined Service Advisor with the opportunity to work at home. You will be responsible for maintaining and building an existing connection with automobile dealership and their customers. You will be helping customers find out why their service was declined schedule customers for near future work.
Requirements:
• Able to make 125 to 150 calls a day
• Must be able to follow direction and scripts
• Abe to response to customers scenarios
• Must have a Window based PC
• Must have a high speed internet connection
• Must have a quiet workspace environment
• Must have a landline telephone with wired headset
