Job Description

Alpine Access has an opening for tech support-customer service with the opportunity to work from home. Alpine Access will allow you to work full time or part time in a call center type role. You will be responsible for delivering quality technical support and solving clients question about the game system.

Requirements:
•    Must be over the age of 18
•    Must have a high school diploma or GED is required
•    Must have experience in a call center area or customer service experience
•    Must be able to multitask at any giving time
•    Must be a great listener and have excellent customer service skills
•    Must be able to maintain and pay close attention to details
