Job Description

News is seeking Customer Care Representative to handle incoming calls from customers to ensure programming, equipment, and account needs. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls to gather information and provide technical troubleshooting from customer to identify roots cause.

6 months of customer service or call center experience
People person
Able to type a minimum of 30wpm
Able to pass a background check
Have strong customer service and listen skills
High Speed Internet and telephone line
